Delivery and Returns.
All our listed items are held in stock in Brighton – so we expect to be able to despatch ordered items within 48 hrs of receipt of order.
If your need is urgent, let us know and we will do our best to speed things along for you.
On the very rare occasions when we are simply sold out of an item that you have paced an order for, we will always contact you to give the option of cancelling or accepting an alternative item- believe us when we say that we hate this as much as you do, but it happens.
Please note we will never charge you for items that we do not have ready to send to you.
The cost of delivery is based on weight. UK orders are either sent first class Royal mail or by 48 hr Parcelforce service depending on what is most cost effective. You can see how much the postage is by going to the checkout page.
Overseas orders are sent either Air mail or Air Parcel . If the cost is not shown, or your country is not listed then please e mail us for the postage cost.
Non mainland UK and Scottish Highlands may incur some extra delivery charges- we will contact you if this is the case.
Please note that the maximum delivery charge payable to a single address irrespective of the number of items in that order are as follows:
UK mainland (excluding Scottish highlands) £9.95
Overseas. £19.95
Please note that any overseas import duties/taxes and charges imposed by your own country are your own responsibility and we have no control over these.
Rest assured, we want to keep the delivery charges low just as much as you do – we don’t make any profit from delivery.
If we need to do a split delivery we will never charge you more than if it was a single delivery and will let you know before any despatch.
Click and Collect is of course always available free of charge from our Brighton shop, and we encourage you to visit us if possible- we like seeing our customers.
We hope you will be happy with your purchase but if you want to return anything then we are happy to exchange or refund the original purchase price less the postage costs (unless the item is faulty – in which case we will give you back the postage cost).
All returns must be in “as new” condition and we suggest that you obtain “proof of posting”- available free from any Post office when returning any item.
If you would like to exchange any item we will send the replacement free of postage (UK only) once we have received the returned item. You do however need to pay for the postage to return items to us.
For non UK orders we charge half postage for replacements.
