Finding the perfect pair of jeans is a lifetime pursuit, and getting the right combination of fit, style, denim and price can be easier said than done!

Having said that, we think we might have finally cracked it.

The Resolute 710 is the perfect reproduction of a 1966 501 jean. It's a slightly slim, straight leg with a mid rise. It looks super sixties, but is practical and comfortable enough to be worn every day and become your favourite pair. The 710 is made from 14oz denim, a decent weight without being super heavy or rigid. Woven on a vintage power loom in Okayama, the centre of Japanese denim production.

Founded in 2010 by denim industry legend Yoshiyuki Hayashi, Resolute jeans are made to the highest standard, and are loved the world over by denim heads and people who like clothes. 

A word about washing jeans - a topic of discussion surprisingly often in the shop! We recommend avoiding washing your jeans too often, and when you do wash them, its best to turn them inside out and use a low temperature, low spin wash. Also avoid fabric softeners and harsh detergents. As always, if in doubt give us a call or drop us an email. 710s are pre-shrunk, so further shrinkage doesn't generally happen unless hot washed and tumble dried.
