Flight jackets are back at Jump the Gun, this time courtesy of Japanese military specialists Houston. Their B-15D MOD is a faithful reproduction of the modified US Air Force flight jacket, with a knitted rib collar replacing the original fur. This is the ultimate MA-1, the original cut, before the orange liners came in. 

In a sharp sage green, this jacket includes diagonal snap-closure slash pockets, a substantial metal zip with a leather puller, and the all-important pen pocket detail on the sleeve. The oxygen-mask hose tab on the chest and ‘U.S. Air Force’ sleeve print are all present and correct.
